Refund and Returns Policy

At Sheyang County Boxi Import and Export Agency Co., Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality women’s skirts and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided.

Note: Certain items, such as clearance or sale items, may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at dakdfie@boschagency.shop before returning the original item. We will assist you in arranging the exchange, subject to availability.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund or return:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered.
  • Items with missing tags or damaged packaging.
  • Gift cards or clearance items.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at dakdfie@boschagency.shop. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer support team at dakdfie@boschagency.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely, including all original packaging and tags, and ship it back to us.
  4. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
